Tracey's belief in and passion for massage and bodywork come from her own personal journey. At the age of 22, Tracey developed issues in her back and hip that left her in chronic pain and unable to be physically active. Using bodywork, Tracey has been able to understand and work with her body's patterns, increase awareness of habits and behaviors that help or hinder her, and use this knowledge to keep her body functioning well and overcome 10 years of chronic pain.

In her free time, Tracey enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including kayaking, hiking, backpacking, rock climbing and mountain climbing. She also enjoys figure skating, weight training, exploring her spirituality, and spending time with friends and family.
